Last week we were back in Las Vegas to celebrate our one year anniversary! This time we stayed at The Venetian for two nights before heading over to Caesar’s Palace for the last night. This was our first time staying at The Venetian and it was a beautiful hotel.
One of the first things we did after checking in was to take a gondola ride. It had been something that we wanted to do for a while and finally got around to doing it. Here are a few pictures we took from that first night.
After the gondola ride and a bit of gambling we set out for something to eat. The first night we picked the Yard House and had a good meal there. After that meal we hit up the nearby Flamingo casino and lost a couple more bucks there before heading back to the hotel. I remember the air being very warm and this was definitely welcomed by me because I was tired of the cold spring in Ohio. We had a busy day ahead of us and we were still three hours behind mentally so it was time to call it a night. Still an enjoyable day albeit a short one.
